What makes babies enjoy water?

Is it because they were swimming and playing in the amino fluid surrounding the fetus, which is mostly made up of water, inside the womb before birth? Or is it because the percentage of water in our bodies up to 60% and our brains contain 70% water and 83% of our blood is made up of water; so that our bones contain 22% water?
