would you be able to create a landscape like this one?

لو أعطيتك فجلاً وخياراً وبقدونساً وقرنبيطاً وغيره، فهل تستطيع أن تصنع منظراً طبيعياً كهذا؟

At first glance, you may think that the above scene is a painting or Photoshop created, but the truth is it has been built and arranged piece by piece from real vegetables in Carl Warner's London studio on top of a table. The building process is very time consuming and so the food quickly wilts under the lights. Each of the following images can take up to two or three days to build and photograph.

للوهلة الأولى، قد تعتقد بأن المنظر هو لوحة مرسومة أو إنشاء بالفوتوشوب، ولكن الحقيقة هي أنه قد تم بناؤه وصفّه قطعة قطعة من الخضار الحقيقي في استوديو كارل وورنر في لندن على سطح طاولة. وتأخذ عملية البناء وقتا طويلا جدا مما يؤدي ذبول الأغذية تحت الأضواء. إذ يستغرق كل منظر يومين أو ثلاثة أيام لبنائه وتصويره.

Carl spends a lot of time planning each image before shooting in order to choose the best ingredients to replicate larger scale shapes and forms within nature, so he spends a lot of time staring at vegetables in supermarkets to find the right shaped for his works. Carl calls these images Foodscapes: landscapes made from fruits and vegetables, cheeses, breads, fish, meat and grains. He published a book of his work, entitled Carl Warner's Food Landscapes.

وينفق كارل الكثير من وقته بالتخطيط قبل كل منظر لاختيار أفضل المكونات لتشبه الطبيعة الحقيقية الأبعاد. لذلك فهو يمضي الكثير من الوقت محدقاً في الخضروات في السوبر ماركت للعثور على شكل مناسب لأعماله. ويدعو كارل تدعو هذه الصور فودسكيب: أي المناظر الطبيعية المصنوعة من الفواكه والخضروات والجبن والخبز والسمك واللحوم والحبوب. وقد قام بنشر كتاب يضم أعماله بعنوان مناظر كارل وورنر الطبيعية للأغذية.
